On Sunday, Right Brain Initiative (a RACC program) offers their button making program. Kids of all ages draw their idea of what the right brain looks like, the drawings are then made into buttons they can keep. A photo is attached. I have a few more, just let me know if you'd like to see them. Here's a description from Right Brain:
Have you ever imagined what your right brain (or creative/intuitive side of the brain), looks like on the inside? Is it merely grey matter, or is it filled with gears or feathers or fairy dust? Draw your boldest vision of what that creative brain looks like with The Right Brain Initiative, a K-8 arts education partnership of the Regional Arts & Culture Council. Right Brain representatives will then help you make your drawing into a button that you can take home with you. This project is engaging and suitable for participants of all ages.
