Spring in the North Park Blocks

Early morning in the North Park Blocks is a very peaceful experience. As I walked through yesterday morning I imagined the festival booths, the community of artists, art lovers, great food and the wonderful music all in place just a few months from now. The grass is green, the birds are happy and the sun is shining!!
